His Excellency Leven S. Dzhagarayan, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Sri Lanka paid a courtesy call with Hon. Ananda Wijepala, the Minister of Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs on 19th of February 2025.

During their discussion special attention was drawn to reinforce the long standing economic and political relations between Sri Lanka and Russia as well as stressed the positive impact of Russian travellers who visit Sri Lanka.

Mr. Ravi Senevirathne, Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs also participated with the meeting.
